Frequently Asked Questions

  • We initiate the process with a video or in-person meet and greet where we share photos, engage in dialogue, and gain a sense of who you are and precisely what you are looking for.

    Within 3 business days we will email over a proposal for your wedding.

    Once you decide that Posh and Prim is the vendor for you, you can secure your date with a deposit of 1/3 of the total cost.

    We can also arrange a mid-process meeting to discuss any major changes or modifications.

    Approximately 30-60 days before the event, we will meet to finalize your order, discuss the event day timeline, and gather the final details of your event.

    Three weeks prior to the event, all final changes must be submitted.

    On the wedding day, we will arrive at the designated time to bring your vision to life.

    After the event, we will return to collect any vessels or containers that belong to Posh and Prim."

  • Bridal bouquets start at $175 but typically range from $200 to $400.

    Bridesmaids' bouquets start at $85 but typically cost around $125.

    Boutonnieres are priced at $15 to $20 each.

    Corsages range from $35 to $50.

    Fresh floral centerpieces start at $85 but can go as high as $600 or $700.

    Non-floral, candle-based, and rental pieces range from $45 to $250.

    Ceremony altar decor is priced at $450 and can go up to several thousand dollars.

    There's a $400 setup fee.

    A $300 strike and same-night clean-up fee is charged, but clients can return the product with the deposit.

    There's a $100 fee for each separate location (e.g., ceremony space delivery, different reception space delivery, incurs one fee).

    Booking and Services:

    A non-refundable payment of 34% is required to reserve their services.

    The first consultation before booking is complimentary, but each additional consult before booking will be $50. It's recommended that all decision-makers attend the first meeting.

    Please note that these prices and terms are subject to change and should be verified with the vendor when booking their services.

  • Please complete the form on our Contact us page . We will confirm availability and email over a scheduling link for a complimentary consultation.

  • We are happy to create a mockup of any element that you would like after the contract is signed. The mock up fee varies based on what elements of the proposal are being recreated.

  • We understand that plans can change. If you need to make modifications to your floral order, we are here to assist you. We welcome adjustments to your arrangements, quantities, or any other details up until three weeks before your event. We ask that you save your modifications until roughly 60 day’s prior to avoid multiple versions of your order. Whether you have new ideas, guest count changes, or other updates, we'll work closely with you to ensure your floral designs perfectly align with your evolving vision.

  • While we may need to return for vessels, containers, candle sand, or other items, we want you to know that the flowers themselves are yours to enjoy. After your event, you're welcome to take the floral arrangements home or share them with your guests. Our goal is to bring beauty and joy to your special day, and we hope our flowers continue to brighten your surroundings even after the event has concluded.
